The organization was formed against the backdrop that development opportunities for rural development abound under Sierra Leone’s decentralization system, yet majority of the rural communities lack development due to their inability to access and utilize them. It seeks to provide sustainable solutions to growing challenges faced by rural communities through training, advocacy, campaigns and partne

rship and as well create a future of hope for under-served youths by helping them to build their skills and resources to reduce their vulnerability in a sustainable way. The Bo District Youth Ambassadors is a well-structured organization, having it secretarial in the city of Bo in the Southern Region. We are also established to work towards the growth and development of the District, improve the lives of children by advocating and campaigning for their empowerment, protection, and promotion of their human rights OUR AIM
Our main aim is to Unify and encourage young people to actively involve into all stages of their community development. OUR VISION
Our vision is a society that allowed youth participation (inclusion), and empowered young people holding leaders accountable for their community development. OUR MISSION
Our mission is to engage and motivate young people to lead their community development for the benefit of themselves, their families and their community.
