Občianske združenie Gocnog OZ Gocnog vzniklo v roku 2006, kedy pod altánkom u Jozefa Krajčoviča podpísali zmluvu spolu s ním Viktor Antalík a Peter Bartok.

Cieľom založenia bolo zdvihnutie kultúry v Jarnej organizovaním podujatí a vytvorenie spolupracujúceho kolektívu.
