It’s no secret that the level of service in Bratislava is…well…shocking. I’m also pretty sure that many people have enough service horror stories to write an encyclopedia. Although the name of this page starts with a negative word, the idea behind it is nothing but positive. I would like us to share both our positive and negative experiences in Bratislava whether it is a restaurant, book store or
post office in the hopes that it will gain the attention of business owners and alert them to the atrocious service we as customer’s experience. Whether I am coming in to spend money or simply gain information I look forward to the day that I can be greeted with a smile and an enthusiasm to assist me rather than a stare of death which makes me wonder why I went to that establishment in the first place.
