Vedenie BESTu na Slovensku rozhodne nespí! 🚀

Členovia nášho boardu sa vrátili z Mariboru 🇸🇮, kde sa zúčastnili Joint Board Training.

Čo to znamená? Že sme makali na tom, aby sme boli ešte lepší lídri a posunuli BEST Bratislava & BEST Košice na ešte vyšší level! 💪

Na programe boli top tréningy zamerané na:
🗣️ Prezentovanie a verejný prejav
🤝 Motiváciu a delegovanie
🧠 Efektívny knowledge transfer
🔥 Prevenciu proti burnoutu a komunikáciu

A čo by to bol za BEST event bez poriadnej dávky ? 🥳 Večer patril International Evening, kde sme ochutnávali špeciality z rôznych krajín, spoznávali nové kultúry, tance a zvyky.

Teraz sme späť, nabití energiou, novými nápadmi a pripravení spraviť tento rok legendárnym! 🔥
