📍 Slovenská účasť na 79. ročníku Festival de Cannes🌴
Aj tento rok bude mať Slovensko zastúpenie na prestížnom Festivale v Cannes (12. – 23. máj 2026):
✨ La Résidence
Pripravovaný celovečerný hraný film 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑾𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒔 (SK prod. nutprodukcia) debutujúcej režisérky Alice Bednárikovej sa predstaví na pitchingu, ktorý je vyvrcholením scenáristického workshopu La Résidence.
✨ Cannes Docs – Docs-in-Progress
Odprezentuje sa pripravovaný celovečerný dokumentárny film 𝑺𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 režisérky Terezy Bernátkovej (SK koprod. kerekesfilm).
✨ Producers on the Move
Programu, ktorý organizuje European Film Promotion, sa zúčastní 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐢 (NOVINSKI).
✨ Trhový katalóg Short Film Corner | Rendez-vous Industry
Zaradené sú slovenské koprodukčné krátke filmy: študentský dokument 𝑨𝒌𝒐 𝒑𝒐𝒄̌𝒖́𝒗𝒂𝒕̌ 𝒇𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂́𝒏𝒚 v réžii Evy Sajanovej, 𝑬𝒏, 𝒕𝒆𝒏, 𝒕𝒚́𝒌𝒚! animátorky Andrey Szelesovej a triptych filmov prezentovaný pod názvom 𝑷𝒐𝒅𝒐𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂, obsahujúci tri krátkometrážne tanečno-experimentálne filmy: Ozveny ticha (r. Juraj Krén), Kruhy v nás (r. Lucia Juklová) a Relikty (r. Maroš Pulščák).
🌴 Slovenský pavilón na Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes
Slovensko bude mať po 22. raz svoje zastúpenie na trhu Marché du Film v 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜̌𝐧𝐨𝐦 𝐩𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐨́𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐣 𝐚 𝐂̌𝐞𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐣 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐲 (č. 139, Village International – Riviera Side). Pracovníci a pracovníčky SFÚ budú v pavilóne, ktorý slúži ako priestor pre pracovné stretnutia slovenských filmových profesionálov a profesionálok, zabezpečovať prezentáciu slovenskej audiovízie.

This year again, Slovakia will be represented at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival (May 12 – 23, 2026):
✨ La Résidence
The upcoming feature fiction film 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑾𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒆𝒔 (SK prod. nutprodukcia) by debut director Alice Bednáriková will be presented at the pitching session, the culmination of the screenwriting workshop La Résidence.
✨ Cannes Docs – Docs-in-Progress
The upcoming feature documentary film 𝑺𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒔 by director Tereza Bernátková (SK co-prod. kerekesfilm) will be presented.
✨ Producers on the Move
𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐢 (NOVINSKI) will take part in the programme Produces on the Move organized by the European Film Promotion.
✨ Short Film Corner | Rendez-vous Industry Market Catalogue
The catalogue includes Slovak co-produced short films: the student documentary 𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔 directed by Eva Sajanová, 𝑬𝒆𝒏𝒚, 𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒏𝒚, 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒚, 𝑴𝒐𝒆! by animator Andrea Szelesová, and the film triptych 𝑷𝒐𝒅𝒐𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒂, comprising three short dance-experimental films: Aftermath of Silence (dir. Juraj Krén), Circle Within Us (dir. Lucia Juklová), and Relics (dir. Maroš Pulščák).
🌴 Slovak Pavilion at the Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes
For the 22nd time, Slovakia will be represented at the Marché du Film in the 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐳𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 (No. 139, Village International – Riviera Side). Representatives of the Slovak Film Institute will ensure the presentation of Slovak audiovisual works at the pavilion, which also serves as a space for meetings of Slovak film professionals.
