The Erasmus+ Entreception 2.0 Project ended in December 2024, leaving a significant impact on youth work and creating opportunities for socially excluded and NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youth. The project focused on equipping youth workers, teachers, and educators with new tools to help young people build confidence, learn about entrepreneurship, and take steps toward a brighter future.

One of the key parts of the project was a training program for youth workers and teachers from Slovenia, Poland, Serbia, and Turkey. Fifteen youth workers and teachers took part in this training, where they learned practical tools such as the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and solution-focused coaching. These tools were designed to help young people, especially those facing unemployment or social exclusion, explore their strengths and boost their entrepreneurial spirit.

After the training, project participants returned to their local communities and organized more than 20 workshops. These workshops involved over 70 young participants, providing a space to explore ideas, gain confidence, and learn practical steps to turn their ideas into action. The feedback was excellent—participants found the tools helpful and inspiring, and the results showed how effective these methods can be in boosting entrepreneurial motivation and inclusion.

To share the knowledge gained, the project created a detailed manual. This manual compiles the best tools and techniques used during the project training and subsequent workshops. It is an easy-to-follow guide for youth workers and teachers, demonstrating how to use these tools to help socially excluded and NEET youth. The manual focuses on using entrepreneurship to give young people the confidence and skills they need to overcome challenges and create their own opportunities.

With over 15 youth workers and teachers trained, 20 workshops held, and 70 young participants involved, the Erasmus+ Entreception 2.0 Project has achieved great success. This project has demonstrated how entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool to include and empower young people, leaving a legacy of tools and inspiration that will continue to make a difference in communities across Europe.

CET Serbia participated in an international Erasmus+ training program from August 15 to 22, 2024. The training was organized by the Entrepreneurship Movement Club (EMC), which hosted the international Erasmus+ training in Maribor. The program, co-financed by the Slovenian national Erasmus+ agency Movit, aimed to develop youth work through the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers project titled Entreception 2.0.

This project brought together teachers and youth workers from Slovenia, Turkey, Serbia, and Poland for eight days of intensive training, practical workshops, and enriching intercultural exchanges. The training program was a key component of the Entreception 2.0 project, which seeks to empower youth workers and teachers to support young people in entrepreneurship and career orientation using solution-focused coaching methods.

During the eight-day training, 15 youth workers and teachers from four different countries learned how to apply entrepreneurial tools and coaching methods to help young people achieve their goals. The program included practical workshops where participants gained valuable experience by working on real-life cases and simulations, supporting them to implement methods in their local environments. These skills are particularly important for preventing social exclusion and helping young people become more active and confident in their career paths.

Since the training, CET Serbia has successfully integrated the new tools into its practices, achieving notable progress in supporting young people to overcome obstacles and pursue their goals. The Entreception 2.0 project continues to empower youth workers to create inclusive environments and prevent social exclusion, marking a vital contribution to youth development.✨
