🇮🇹 April 25 marks Liberation Day in Italy, celebrating the fall of the Fascist regime in 1945.
On this occasion, SEFIT Utilitalia has presented “Monuments and Headstones Tell the Story of the Liberation”—a project using the symbolic red poppy and interactive QR codes to honor the partisans and fallen heroes of the Resistance. 🌺🎖️

The Italian Ministry of Culture has released a new video presenting the 36 Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe that cross Italian territory. 🇮🇹🗺️🎬
One of the featured routes is the European Cemeteries Route, showcasing several Italian cemeteries 🪦, including Lavagna, Mantua, Certosa of Bologna, Verona, Rome’s Non-Catholic Cemetery, and the Verano Monumental Cemetery.

The Old Cemetery Dahlwitz-Hoppegarten is a historic 19th-century burial ground just outside Berlin. 🇩🇪
Established in the late 1800s for the growing international horse racing community 🏇🌍, it became the final resting place for many famous jockeys, trainers, and racing figures from across Europe.
Today, its preserved gravestones, multilingual inscriptions, and original layout continue to tell the story of the sport’s golden era. 👇

Willesden Jewish Cemetery in London, UK, is a prestigious Grade II listed Victorian garden cemetery and active “House of Life,” preserving over 150 years of Anglo-Jewish history.
Established in 1873 by the United Synagogue, it features elegant landscaped avenues 🌳 and notable architecture. 🏛️ Today, it remains a functioning Orthodox cemetery and a heritage site attracting both local and global visitors.
