The event brought together representatives of partner organisations within the Consortium, providing a collaborative space to exchange knowledge, test digital tools, and further develop innovative approaches to cultural storytelling and audience engagement.
Day 1 – 20 April 2026 | Bled & Ljubljana
The workshop commenced with participants arriving in Ljubljana, followed by an organised visit to Bled. The afternoon included a guided tour of Bled Castle, where attendees experienced a presentation and live demonstration of the Wondercut application—an AI-powered immersive storytelling solution. The session encouraged open discussion and exchange of ideas. Participants also enjoyed time by Lake Bled in an informal setting, allowing for networking and reflection before returning to Ljubljana.
Day 2 – 21 April 2026 | Ljubljana (Cukrarna)
The second day focused on an in-depth exploration of the Talking Heads platform. Through a series of structured presentations, participants were introduced to the platform’s architecture, including the website, admin panel, and visitor interface, as well as the methodology behind persona creation and the storytelling framework. Interactive, hands-on workshops enabled partners to actively develop and refine their own personas within the system. The day also featured partner presentations, collaborative review sessions, and discussions aimed at improving both the content and overall user experience. The programme concluded with a joint dinner, fostering further networking and exchange among participants.
Day 3 – 22 April 2026 | Ljubljana (Cukrarna)
The final day was dedicated to reflection and cultural engagement. Participants attended a guided tour of the Marina Abramović exhibition, followed by closing remarks and a joint coffee session. This concluding segment provided an opportunity to summarise key outcomes, gather feedback, and reinforce partnerships established during the workshop before departure.
