Ever seen someone blink, shrug, or make sounds they can't control? They're not doing it on purpose.
It's called Tourette Syndrome โ a neurological condition causing involuntary tics like blinking, head jerking, or vocal sounds. They're not bad habits. They happen because the brain works differently in controlling movement.
While there is no cure, assessment, treatment and understanding can improve quality of life significantly.
Your contribution to the National Neuroscience Institute (NNI) Fund supports research and care for neurological conditions like Tourette Syndrome.
