Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (17 April 2026) – Lions International District 308B3 reinforced its commitment to community health and service through a series of strategic engagements with key healthcare stakeholders in Negeri Sembilan.
The District’s leadership, led by District Governor Wong Sai Kee together with the Cabinet team, commenced the day with a courtesy visit to Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Sembilan (JKNS) at 10:00 AM. The session focused on strengthening ties and exploring collaborative opportunities to advance public health initiatives.
Key highlights of the meeting included:
• Introduction to Lions International District 308B3
• Overview of the District’s humanitarian services and community impact
• Sharing of current and potential collaborations with healthcare partners
• Strategic discussions on future cooperation with JKNS
Following the engagement, the delegation proceeded to a meeting with representatives from the International Medical University (IMU) at 11:30 AM, held at Sg. Ujong Club.
The IMU session focused on:
• Strengthening existing partnerships
• Exploring new joint programmes and community-based healthcare initiatives
These engagements underscore Lions International District 308B3’s ongoing efforts to build meaningful partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem, aligning service initiatives with national health priorities while expanding outreach and community impact.
