Enabling Village Celebrating Singapore's diversity of abilities, right here at the heart of Redhill. The Enabling Village is both a community and a space.

We are a collective of individuals and organisations that serve–and are supported by–people with diverse abilities. Besides an information and career centre, we're also home to several social businesses that provide training as well as F&B, retail and lifestyle options for everyone. Our barrier-free walkways and event spaces are augmented with braille and hearing loop features, as we are committed

to creating a community space that is accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to every visitor. The Enabling Village is an initiative of SG Enable.

This recognition is especially meaningful as we continue to build and enhance Enabling Village as a beacon of disability inclusion, where universal design is about creating a place where everyone belongs. 🌟

Can we create a future where everyone belongs?

That’s the message of A Living Promise, the wire sculpture created for the Enabling Village’s 10th Anniversary to celebrate the opening of its newest extension, Vista.

A Living Promise is the creation of award-winning sculptor, Victor Tan, who is visually challenged and renowned globally for his intricate wire sculptures.

Watch to discover Victor’s inspiration behind the sculpture as well as his hopes for the Enabling Village and a more inclusive Singapore.

Happy National Day, Singapore! 🇸🇬✨ We’re showcasing this year's NDP Packs and related products in Enabling Village, featuring artworks co-created by persons with disabilities. This National Day Collection is a great way to discover different perspectives of what makes Singapore home, truly. 🥰

This year’s NDP Packs features six original artworks co-created by 36 artists with disabilities through a collaboration between NDP 2026 and SG Enable’s public education initiative. You can read up about each artwork on www.imable.sg

Explore other artworks and products from past NDP artworks reimagined into different products, and limited edition SG61 cups designed by Ceramication, and hand-made by persons with disabilities from Thye Hua Kwan Home @ Jurong East.
