The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) creates new opportunities and develops existing international markets for U.S. beef, pork, lamb and veal.

The office in Singapore services the ASEAN & Oceania countries. Besides providing the public relations function of advertising and promotional activities; market research and trade information; the office also conducts meat merchandising and marketing workshops for the import, retail and food service trade. The office has a Test Kitchen where we conduct the USMEF ASEAN Culinary Program.

Discover the spectacular Aug 10-11 culinary showdown! 🔥👨‍🍳 MasterChef Season 11 Nebraska Episode in Lido City, just an hour from Jakarta, Indonesia. 🌆

30 talented contestants unleashed their skills to secure a coveted next episode spot. Guided by the Nebraska delegation, headed by Mr. John Kerrigan and a team of culinary experts, contestants faced thrilling challenges.

Adding to the excitement, 2 surprise guest star ranchers made a grand horseback entrance 🐴, allowing contestants to wrangle a locally-made roping dummy 🤠 and delve into cattle culture and history. From mastering beef doneness 🥩 to majestic horses, every detail was meticulously curated.

Moreover, on August 3rd, 2023, NASDA members explored the MasterChef taping site at Lido Resort, unveiling dynamic efforts by FAS, Nebraska Ag, and USMEF to promote U.S. Meat. Ted McKinney, NASDA CEO, and former USDA Undersecretary, fully engaged in the episode-making process, showcasing genuine appreciation 🇺🇸

Food & Hotel Indonesia 2023 was a remarkable trade show that took place from July 25th to 28th. This event focused exclusively on U.S. beef and pork products, 🥩🐷 featuring engaging activities like sampling sessions and product showcases.

A total of seven esteemed members participated in the event, including Sure Good Foods, Hormel Foods, Smithfield Foods, Johnsonville, PMI Foods, Tyson Foods, and Lincoln International. 🌟 Their presence ensured a diverse and high-quality selection of products for visitors to discover.

The event provided an excellent platform for participants to connect with existing importers and explore potential new business opportunities. It was a fantastic gathering for everyone in the food industry, and we are grateful to have been a part of it.🎉
