ช่วงนี้มีมิจฉาชีพส่งอีเมลปลอมแอบอ้างเป็น MOM (กระทรวงแรงงานสิงคโปร์) และแนบ malware เพื่อขโมยข้อมูลส่วนตัวนะคะ

เฉพาะเดือนเมษายน 2569 ทางตำรวจสิงคโปร์ได้ปิดเว็บไซต์ปลอมที่แอบอ้างเป็น MOM ไปแล้วกว่า 10 เว็บไซต์

อยากฝากพี่น้องคนไทยช่วยกันระวัง
โดยทาง MOM จะไม่ถามให้ทำสิ่งเหล่านี้ :

❌ โอนเงิน
❌ แชร์ข้อมูลธนาคารหรือรหัสผ่าน
❌ ติดตั้งแอปจากลิงก์แปลก ๆ
❌ โอนสายต่อไปยัง “ตำรวจ”

✅ หากไม่แน่ใจ ให้ตรวจสอบกับ MOM โดยตรง
✅ สามารถแจ้ง scam ได้ผ่าน ScamShield

ช่วงนี้ scam มาได้หลายรูปแบบจริง ๆ ค่ะ ระวังกันด้วยนะคะ

📣 ช่วงนี้มีข่าวการระบาดของ Ebola ในบางประเทศแถบแอฟริกา ทางสิงคโปร์ได้เพิ่มมาตรการเฝ้าระวังและคัดกรองผู้เดินทางแล้วค่ะ

แม้ความเสี่ยงในสิงคโปร์ยังถือว่าต่ำ แต่เราอยากนำข้อมูลมาแชร์เพื่อให้พี่น้องคนไทยช่วยกันระวังและดูแลสุขภาพ

⚠️ อาการที่ควรสังเกต

* ไข้สูง
* อ่อนเพลียมาก
* ปวดศีรษะ / ปวดเมื่อย
* เจ็บคอ
* อาเจียน / ท้องเสีย
* ในบางรายอาจมีเลือดออกผิดปกติ

🛡️ วิธีป้องกันเบื้องต้น
✔️ ล้างมือบ่อย ๆ
✔️ หลีกเลี่ยงสัมผัสสารคัดหลั่งหรือผู้ป่วย
✔️ หลีกเลี่ยงสัตว์ป่าหรือเนื้อสัตว์ที่ไม่ปรุงสุก
✔️ หากเดินทางจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงและมีอาการผิดปกติ ควรรีบพบแพทย์ทันที

📣 Singapore has stepped up health monitoring measures following the Ebola outbreak in Congo and Uganda.

According to Singapore’s Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA), additional health advisories and traveller monitoring measures are now in place to reduce the risk of imported cases. The current risk to the general public in Singapore remains low.

The Thai Association would like to share this update with the community and encourage everyone to follow official health advisories and stay informed.

The Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) is closely monitoring the outbreak of Ebola disease caused by the Bundibugyo virus in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Uganda, and has stepped up precautionary public health measures to prevent importation to Singapore.

ทางสหภาพยุโรป (EU) เตรียมใช้ระบบ “Visa Cascade” เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการขอวีซ่าเชงเกนสำหรับคนไทย 😊

สำหรับผู้ที่มีประวัติการเดินทางที่ดี อาจมีโอกาสได้รับวีซ่าแบบ multiple-entry และระยะเวลายาวขึ้นตามเงื่อนไขของแต่ละกรณี

ทั้งนี้ Visa Cascade ไม่ใช่การยกเว้นวีซ่า (Visa-Free) และยังต้องยื่นขอวีซ่าตามขั้นตอนปกติ

ข่าวดีสำหรับแรงงานไทยสายก่อสร้างในสิงคโปร์

ทาง BCA Singapore ประกาศว่า ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ม.ค. 2570 เป็นต้นไป แรงงานไทยจะไม่ต้องสอบ SEC(K) ที่ประเทศไทยก่อนเดินทางแล้ว

โดยนายจ้างสามารถพาแรงงานเข้าสิงคโปร์ก่อน และค่อยสอบในสิงคโปร์ภายหลัง ทำให้ขั้นตอนการเข้ามาทำงานสั้นลงจากประมาณ 4 เดือน เหลือเพียงประมาณ 1 เดือน

⚠️ อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังต้องสอบผ่านก่อนเริ่มทำงาน เพียงแค่เปลี่ยนสถานที่สอบมาเป็นที่สิงคโปร์

หน่วยงาน BCA (Building and Construction Authority) ของสิงคโปร์ประกาศเมื่อ 30 เมษายน 2569 ว่าจะยกเลิกการสอบ SEC(K) (Skills Evaluation Certificate) ที่ต้องทำในประเทศต้นทางก่อนเดินทาง สำหรับแรงงานจากไทยและจีน ซึ่งจะมีผลตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2570

ที่ผ่านมา แรงงานไทยที่ต้องการทำงานในภาคก่อสร้างของสิงคโปร์ต้องผ่านกระบวนการยาวนานถึง 4 เดือน ตั้งแต่สมัครงาน สอบ SEC(K) ในไทย แล้วค่อยเดินทางไปสิงคโปร์ แต่หลังจากนโยบายใหม่มีผล นายจ้างสามารถพาแรงงานเดินทางเข้าได้ก่อน แล้วค่อยสอบในสิงคโปร์ภายหลัง ทำให้กระบวนการทั้งหมดเหลือเพียงประมาณ 1 เดือน ช่วยลดช่วงเวลาที่แรงงานต้องรอคอยโดยไม่มีรายได้ ตอนนี้มีแรงงานไทยประมาณ 5,000 คนทำงานอยู่ในสิงคโปร์ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นช่างฝีมือและช่างเทคนิคกึ่งทักษะในภาคก่อสร้าง BCA ยังระบุว่าจะขยายมาตรการนี้ไปยังประเทศต้นทางอื่นๆ ภายในปี 2571

จุดสำคัญที่แรงงานไทยต้องรู้

- ✅ ตั้งแต่ 1 ม.ค. 2570 ไม่ต้องสอบ SEC(K) ในไทยก่อนเดินทาง
- ✅ กระบวนการหางานในสิงคโปร์สั้นลงจาก 4 เดือน เหลือเพียง 1 เดือน
- 📋 นายจ้างจะต้องจองคิวสอบในสิงคโปร์ให้แรงงานก่อนพาเข้าประเทศ
- 🏗️ สิทธินี้เฉพาะสำหรับแรงงานภาคก่อสร้าง (Construction Work Permit) เท่านั้น
- ⚠️ ยังต้องสอบผ่านก่อนจึงทำงานได้ — เพียงแต่ย้ายสถานที่สอบมาเป็นในสิงคโปร์
