2016 — Glasgow.
A meeting that shaped a decade of movement, growth, and friendship.

In 2017, we began our first sessions at TEI Studio.
What followed was never just training.

It became a language of the body —
of power, strength, style, vibrancy, and laughter.

Year after year, something deeper unfolded.

And now…
we welcome Donn back.

At TEI Studio, we believe transformation is cultivated through structure, discipline and a supportive environment.

Over the past weeks, it has been a pleasure to support a transformational platform for the finalists of Miss & Mrs ASEAN Queens.

We witness the leadership of Lavania Priya, whose vision for this platform extends beyond the stage. By creating opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds to rise with dignity and confidence, she is shaping a movement that resonates strongly with our values at TEI Studio.

As the Official Training Venue and Empowerment Partner, we are proud to support these women — not just for competition, but for life.

We wish all finalists clarity, strength and radiant presence at the Grand Finals on 28 February 2026 at Galaxy Glass House by Diva, Johor Bahru.

We are also proud of Devika who is featured on straits times for her courage and inspiring story.

The stage may showcase beauty — your voice for the voiceless and unheard shines.

From the studio to the seas — embodiment travels wherever confidence is invited to rise.

TEI Studio was honoured to be part of the Competitive Swimwear Round Yacht Judging & Sponsor Networking Experience aboard , organised by Lavania Priya of Pageant.

The afternoon reflected a shared belief — that confidence begins from within and that meaningful platforms allow women to express who they are with presence, dignity and voice.

It was inspiring to witness finalists, judges, sponsors and partners come together as a supportive community — the village that uplifts and empowers women beyond the stage.

Presence before performance.

At INSEAD, we guided a morning embodiment session as part of the bootcamp experience — creating space for participants to arrive fully before the day’s work began.

Through movement, breath and awareness, the intention was to ground attention, regulate the nervous system in order to support the activities that followed.

At TEI Studio, we believe meaningful performance begins with embodiment —
when the body is present, clarity follows.

We are honoured to serve as one of the judges for Talent Round of the Ms & Mrs ASEAN Pageant at Atelier on 10 January 2026.

Witnessing the transformation of these women — in presence, confidence and inner growth — reflects what TEI stands for: unfolding one’s best self through wellness and embodiment.

What a beautiful close of the year 2025 at Wings Bar, filled with music, delicious food and heartfelt connection. With AsianGrooves setting the mood, we immersed ourselves in the timeless sounds of the 80s, 90s and classic rock. Familiar melodies stir memories and bring everyone together.

The secret gift exchange was a highlight. It was thoughtful and full of warmth.

And as we sang along to songs we all love, hearts naturally hooked onto one another, reminding us how powerful shared moments can be.

Thanks staff of Wings Bar and everyone who showed up with presence, joy and openness. You have made this eveing a meaningful memory to carry forward. 💛🎶
