💗Meet the people who make support possible 💗

Florence was first diagnosed with advanced metastatic breast cancer in 2024. Today, she channels her lived experience into supporting and encouraging fellow members navigating similar journeys. Through her role as a coordinator, she helps create a safe and welcoming space where members can connect, share openly, learn from one another, and find strength in community.

For many living with breast cancer, support groups offer more than emotional support, they provide understanding, meaningful conversations, hope, and a sense of community. They serve as a reminder that while breast cancer may be part of one's story, it does not define who they are or what is possible in their lives.

Thank you, Florence, for your courage, compassion, and dedication to empower others on their journey. 💖

Sometimes, when someone tells you they have breast cancer, the truth is… you may not know what to say.

You worry about saying the wrong thing or risk sounding dismissive. But at the same time, it may feel important to respond immediately because silence can feel just as heavy.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone.

This guide is here to help navigate those difficult first conversations. Of course, there is no one-size-fits-all response. How you show up for someone will always depend on your relationship with them, their personality, and what they may need in that moment.

But perhaps the most important thing to remember is this: while their energy, emotions, or needs may look different right now, they are still the same person you knew before the diagnosis.

Offer grace. Listen more than you speak. Let them lead. And most importantly, remind them through your actions that they do not have to walk this journey alone. 💗

At today’s Tee For Pink, one of the most meaningful things was seeing so many young people show up with heart for the breast cancer community.

In a world where self-care is often tied to fitness trends, aesthetics, and routines, this was a gentle reminder that taking care of our health also means paying attention to the things we cannot always see. Breast cancer is not just a middle-aged woman’s disease, and conversations around early detection should start earlier than we think.

Thank you for standing with our warriors and helping create a community that cares deeply for one another.

If you’d like to support the programmes that continue to walk alongside those affected by breast cancer, donate via the link in our bio.

We’re swapping our desks for the greens today, 8 May 2026, as the team heads down for Tee For Pink.

While we’re out of office, you can still support our breast cancer warriors through the link in bio. Every donation helps fund programmes that give them a new swing at life.

Don’t miss us too much, we’ll be back in full swing on Monday!

From A Good Place: 💗

Some brands just feel a little nostalgic. The kind you grew up seeing at birthdays, celebrations, and family gatherings.

This year, we’re happy to have Lana Cakes supporting Tee For Pink Charity Golf 2026. 🍰

Beyond the cakes so many of us know and love is also a brand that believes in showing up for the community and supporting meaningful causes.

Support like this helps us create warmer, more engaging experiences for everyone who joins us at our events, while reminding us how powerful community can be when people come together for a good cause.

Thank you, Lana Cakes, for being part of this journey with us. 💗⛳

There are people waking up every day trying to adjust to a version of life they never expected. Breast cancer has a way of changing ordinary moments into deeply emotional ones, affecting not just the person diagnosed, but everyone who loves them too.

At Breast Cancer Foundation, we believe support can make all the difference during times like these. 💗

Through Tee for Pink Charity Golf 2026, your donation helps fund counselling, rehabilitation activities, outreach efforts, and support programmes for individuals and families impacted by breast cancer.

Every contribution helps provide care, connection, and reassurance to those navigating one of the hardest periods of their lives.

Donate today and help someone feel supported through their journey. ⛳

Self-care doesn’t have to cost a cent… but we get it, sometimes a little treat just hits different! 💗

We've put together a list of experiences based on the familiar faces from the popular 90s sitcom, Friends, for those days when you feel like indulging (just a little!). Let’s be honest, we all cope a little differently and that’s okay, there's something out there for everyone.

A small nudge while you’re here:
Don’t forget your breast self-examination, and if you’re of age, go ahead and book that mammogram.

And if you’re a pink warrior trying to find your way back to yourself, slowly and on your own terms, maybe one of these could be a place to begin ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Saturday for our Monthly Support Group Session and Hari Raya celebration 💗

From heartfelt (and hilarious!) conversations to some seriously impressive dance moves, it's always such a joy seeing everyone come together, let loose, and share the moment as one community. Safe to say… we might have a few hidden stars in our midst 👀

Now we’re thinking… should we start our own Pink Dance Crew or host a full-on dance party? 💃🕺

Comment down below if you have any ideas on how we can make our support group sessions even more meaningful & fun! We'd love to hear from you.
