Met Mr Azman and his wife, Mdm Liza, at a recent block visit. They were thankful that the assistance they received at the Meet-the-People Session helped ease their medical expenses. They were also delighted to hear that a lift will soon be added to the overhead bridge near Happy Hawker. No more long, steep steps for them and many elderly residents. 😊

I also shared a simple but important tip with them: keep exercising to maintain strong core and leg muscles. That goes a long way in helping us stay active and independent as we age! 💪🏻
