Meet Feroz ⭐️ For Feroz, a second chance at life meant rebuilding something he thought he had lost — the love and trust of his family. ❤️

With support from HCSA Community Services, he found the strength to turn his life around, reconnect with his family and help others find a fresh start. 🌱

At this year’s Yellow Ribbon Run, our HCSA Highpoint residents, alumni, volunteers, staff and families came together alongside colleagues across HCSA Community Services to stand behind a cause that is at the heart of what we do — believing that lives can change and that no one should have to make that journey alone.

For our residents, the journey of reintegration is happening now. For our alumni group - AIMS, it is a journey they continue to walk beyond Highpoint. And for our staff, it is a privilege to walk alongside them through the challenges, milestones and new beginnings. That made seeing everyone together especially meaningful.

This year’s theme, “A Nation Beyond 2nd Chances,” reminds us that reintegration must go beyond simply offering someone another opportunity. It is about creating the conditions for people to belong, contribute, rebuild relationships and participate fully in community. And community is exactly what we saw that morning.

Different stages of the journey. Different roles. But walking and running alongside one another as One HCSA.

Because second chances may open the door, but it is relationships, opportunities and community that help people keep moving forward.
