𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆🤝

Behind every programme, activity and gathering at Hope Village is a community of partners who have given their time, resources and support to make these moments possible.

On 10 August, we had the privilege of coming together for our 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆, where we took a moment to recognise and thank the organisations that have journeyed with us in serving the migrant worker community.

We were honoured to have Mr Sebastian Tan, Deputy Chief, ACE Group, Singapore Ministry of Manpower, join us as our Guest of Honour.

Our heartfelt thanks to all our partners for standing alongside us and helping Hope Village remain a place where migrant workers can rest, connect, learn and take part in a welcoming community.

Congratulations to our Migrant Domestic Worker Lucky Draw winners!

Earlier on National Day, our sisters gathered at Hope Village for a celebration filled with performances, fellowship and plenty of smiles. The lucky draw added another special moment to the day, with several sisters going home with prizes.

Our National Day celebrations came with a little extra excitement for some of our brothers at Hope Village!

We are delighted to congratulate the lucky winners from our National Day Carnival.

From the prizes drawn during the evening to the smiles that followed, it was a wonderful way to add to the celebrations.

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝟲𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲! 🎉 🇸🇬

This National Day, Hope Village was filled with celebrations from day to night, as both our migrant domestic worker sisters and migrant worker brothers marked Singapore’s 61st birthday.

Earlier in the day, our sisters took the stage with performances of their own, sharing their talents and celebrating with one another.

The festivities continued throughout the day with our 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹, with 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲 entertaining the crowd with their music and performances. The carnival booths, featuring arcade-style games, drew plenty of friendly competition as everyone moved from one booth to another, tried their luck at the games, enjoyed the food and caught up with friends.

There was also plenty of excitement around the lucky draw, especially among our migrant domestic worker sisters, who had the chance to win prizes worth a total of $1,000!

From our sharing of talents earlier in the day to everyone enjoying the carnival, it was a special day for the Hope Village community to come together and celebrate Singapore. ❤️🇸🇬

We are thankful to the volunteers from 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 who joined us to support the celebrations.

🎧🔥 𝗗𝗝 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 & 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗧 🔥🎧

Hope Village was buzzing with excitement as our brothers welcomed DJ Black Chennai, the official DJ of Hip Hop Thamizha and Vijay TV.

Fans had the chance to meet him in person, snap photos, and enjoy a memorable evening with one of Tamil entertainment's familiar faces. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and hear the conversations as everyone made the most of the opportunity.

A big thank you to DJ Black for taking the time to visit our community and create such a meaningful experience. We also thank everyone who came down and made the evening so special.

More exciting programmes, special guests, and community activities are on the way—we look forward to seeing you again at Hope Village! 💛

⚽🔥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗘 🔥⚽

The biggest match of the tournament brought a big crowd and plenty of excitement to Hope Village!

More than 300 guest worker brothers came together to watch the World Cup Final, cheering through every attack, close attempt and heart-stopping moment. With everyone focused on the screen and supporting their favourite team, the atmosphere remained lively right up to the final whistle.

Congratulations to Real Federación Española de Fútbol on becoming World Cup champions again! 🇪🇸🏆

Thank you to Red Bull Singapore for providing the energy to keep everyone going through the night, and to all who joined us for an unforgettable celebration of football, friendship and shared excitement. 🙌

☕🍪 𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗔 𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗 🍪☕

Conversations flowed easily at our "Get to Know a Singaporean Friend" session as our brothers and local volunteers gathered over tea and snacks at Hope Village @ KBRC.

What started as introductions soon turned into stories, shared experiences, plenty of laughter, and conversations that stretched well beyond the first "hello".

Building community often begins with simple moments like these — sitting together, listening to one another, and discovering how much we have in common despite coming from different places and backgrounds.

Thank you to Calvary Assembly of God Calvary AG Singapore for partnering with us to make the evening possible. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for more opportunities to connect, learn, and build friendships together. 💛

On 29 June 2026, Dorm Mums, a partner of the Alliance of Guest Workers Outreach (AGWO), catered 100 free festive meals for our migrant worker brothers. These free dinners were distributed in Hope Village @ Kaki Bukit Recreation Centre (KBRC). From fragrant mutton briyani to delicious curry and onion raita, the menu was sumptuous to say the least. Topping everything off was sweet bread halwa and a refreshing mango drink, the perfect end to the meal.

Our deepest appreciation to our Dorm Mums who graciously sponsor free meals for our migrant worker brothers to enjoy good, filling food. Every one of our brothers enjoyed the meal very much. We would like to invite more donors to sponsor future meals for our brothers. Join us in bringing the warmth of community to our brothers through a free meal!
