Sometimes, the most meaningful measure of impact isn't found in numbers but in the voices of the people we serve. 🎨🎶❤️
Participants from our most recent Art Sandbox—a multidisciplinary creative arts programme that brings seniors together through music, dance, visual arts and theatre—share what the arts mean to them:
A way to express themselves.
A powerful pathway for strengthening mental wellbeing.
An experience for building genuine social connection.
86% of participants in this cohort reported improvements to their mental wellbeing but more importantly, they got to explore creativity at their own pace, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience the joy of creating together.
To every participant who entrusted us with your stories: A heartfelt 'THANK YOU'. Your experiences remind us why creative health matters. Watch the video here: https://youtu.be/ZoTBrWxuCAM?si=a8MMbThrL6FHbjvD
