Can you feel the beat? ❤️

🥁 Our seniors at Block 50 Commonwealth Drive AAC are bringing the thunder (and the joy). Every week they gather to practice, bond, and prepare to perform for the neighbourhood. There’s nothing quite like the energy of a community that plays together! 🌟

A special shout-out to our enthusiastic French volunteer and staff from UOB at FaithActs Junior Chef programme.

By incorporating our monthly themes into fun culinary activities, the children get to learn through hands-on experiences, discovery, and laughter.

Crafting Joy and Building Confidence in our seniors!

20 of our lovely seniors came together for a meaningful Punch Needle Workshop, where they created exquisite rose designs using rug and fabric materials.
Step by step, guided patiently by the trainer, each participant learned how to transform simple materials into a beautiful handcrafted piece they can proudly display at home.
More than just a craft session, this workshop brought smiles, laughter, and renewed confidence, especially for seniors who were once isolated and are now finding joy in community and friendship.
A special mention goes to Cindy, one of our active ACC seniors who regularly joins FaithActs programmes. With dedication, she stepped up to help fellow seniors board the bus safely and ensured everyone felt cared for.

Seeing our seniors engaged, empowered, and joyful truly fills our hearts with pride.

On Wednesday, 22 April 2026, our seniors at Block 40 Margaret Drive Active Ageing Centre had a wonderful time making lavender flowers with the guidance of our very friendly volunteer, Ms Poonam.
The session was filled with joy, laughter, and creativity as everyone carefully crafted their beautiful lavender blooms. One of our participants was so excited and touched by the experience that she even created a lovely photo collage for everyone to remember the day.
Moments like these remind us how meaningful activities can be in bringing smiles, connection, and a sense of community to our seniors.

Kicking off the March school holidays with strikes, smiles, and strong friendships 🎳
Our youths and children had a wonderful time reconnecting, especially those who just stepped into secondary school before heading out for a fun-filled bowling outing. With great food and even better company, the evening was full of laughter, encouragement, and meaningful bonding moments.
Moments like these remind us how important it is to create safe and joyful spaces where friendships can grow. FaithActs, is really a second home for our youths and children❤️

On 3 February 2026, FaithActs Block 50 Active Ageing Centre came alive with energy and laughter as seniors gathered for a day of fun-filled social activities. We were delighted to welcome friends from Fei Yue Community Services Centre who joined in the celebration. With the generous support of volunteers from HP Inc., seniors enjoyed interactive games, chair piloxing, and a traditional Yusheng louhei together. The day was filled with joy, connection and community spirit!

A resin art workshop was specially conducted for our seniors to engage their minds and spark their creativity. Throughout the session, our seniors spent meaningful time learning a new skill, carefully crafting their own unique art pieces. The atmosphere was filled with joy, focus, and laughter as each creation took shape. Seeing their completed works brought a deep sense of happiness and fulfillment, making the session a truly enriching and memorable experience for all.
