We concluded the "Happy Mouth Happy Smile" morning talk series by Dr Tan Mei Na yesterday! Our seniors enjoyed the talk very much, and they took away important dental tips! We will be conducting morning talks of various topics in the coming months so do look out for it 😀

🇸🇬❤️ Celebrating National Day Together! ❤️🇸🇬

What a wonderful day of celebration, laughter and community spirit at our centre! 🎉

Big thanks to Keppel for partnering with us and making this celebration so memorable! Our seniors enjoyed delicious treats from the sweet corn and ice cream booths, and they also tried out various exciting games!

A special highlight was seeing our seniors take the stage and showcase their talents through their wonderful performances! 🎤💃 Their enthusiasm and confidence truly brought the celebration to life. And of course, everyone was excited for our Blessing Draw 🎁, where our seniors had the chance to bring home some wonderful prizes!

We would also like to thank our seniors, staff and partners who came together to make the day such a joyful one. Together, we celebrate not just National Day, but also the strength, spirit and vibrancy of our seniors ❤️

🎉 Playfest ❤️🤍

Our seniors had a fantastic time at a special event organised by Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School. They enjoyed trying out a variety of fun and interactive games, shared plenty of laughter, and they also went home with prizes! 🎁🎯

To wrap up the celebration, everyone received a pack of Milo and a delicious curry puff—a simple treat that brought smiles all around. ☕🥟

A big thank you to the teachers, students, and volunteers from Pei Hwa Presbyterian Primary School for putting together such a meaningful and enjoyable event. Your warmth, enthusiasm, and care made the day extra special for our seniors.

As we celebrate Singapore's 61st birthday, we're grateful for opportunities like these that bring different generations together and strengthen our community spirit.

🌸✨ Creativity in full bloom! ✨🌸

Our centre was blooming with creativity over two delightful craft sessions as our seniors transformed colourful pipe cleaners into charming flower keychains and rings! 🌼🌷 They created their own unique masterpiece and enjoyed a meaningful afternoon together 😀

It's always inspiring to see the creativity, patience, and enthusiasm our seniors bring to every activity. Every handmade flower reflects not only artistic flair but also the joy of learning and creating together. Thank you to everyone who joined us! We hope your beautiful craft brings a smile to you and your loved ones. We look forward to seeing you at our next activity!

🏒🎉 What a fantastic time on the curling floor!

Our seniors had a wonderful opportunity to try out floor curling during a fun-filled session in collaboration with Yung Kwang Presbyterian Church. 💙

Laughter, friendly competition, and teamwork filled the room as everyone learned the basics of the game, cheered one another on, and celebrated every successful shot. More than just a sport, floor curling encouraged active movement, strategic thinking, and meaningful social connections.

A heartfelt thank you to Yung Kwang Presbyterian Church for partnering with us and making this engaging session possible. We truly appreciate the time and effort of the volunteers who helped make the activity enjoyable for everyone.

Here's to staying active, building friendships, and creating more joyful memories together! 🌟
