When was the last time you chilled out at the void deck with your friends — just sitting around chatting, playing ball, with nowhere else to rush to? 🥹

At this year’s NFTE Alumni Homecoming 2026: The Void Deck, we brought a bit of that feeling back. 💛 Over old-school games, snacks and good music, our NFTE alumni got to have fun, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy each other’s company once again.

While the programme might have ended, the bonds formed and memories made along the way have lasted well beyond it.

For National Young Leaders Fellows Kirsten and Aila, creating a more thoughtful and engaged generation starts by giving young people the space to reflect, listen and exchange perspectives with one another.

Through No Man’s Land , they’re making room for conversations that encourage youths to think more deeply about the world around them — and the role they want to play in it.

Driven by a personal mission, Fellow from our National Young Leaders Fellowship, Eve Ang is working to make preventive cancer care more accessible across South and Southeast Asia.

At just 18, she’s showing how technology can go beyond innovation for innovation’s sake — and become a way to make care more human and responsive to the people it serves.

And while Eve has already come far, she’s only getting started. 💛

Last Friday, we marked the launch of the fifth edition of JPMorganChase Career Connect! 💛⭐

This year, students from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) will be mentored by JPMorganChase professionals as they build the skills, confidence, and connections to prepare for quality careers in technology and related fields.

For the first time, the programme will focus on equipping 17- to 19-year-olds with employability and workplace readiness skills, particularly youths who may not have had as much access to professional networks, resources, and developmental support.

We kicked off the launch with keynote addresses from Abhishek Garg, Managing Director, Global Co-Head of FX Options Trading at J.P. Morgan, and Alice Seow, Principal of ITE College West, before mentors and mentees broke into their groups to get to know one another.

And what better way to break the ice than putting their generational knowledge to the test?
From guessing youth slang to figuring out popular trends, the room quickly filled with laughter and chatter as mentors and mentees discovered their differences — and perhaps more importantly, the things they had in common.

It was a light-hearted start to what will be a meaningful journey ahead, where both mentors and mentees will have plenty to learn from one another.

Thank you to JPMorganChase for creating this opportunity for young people to gain the skills, exposure, and networks that can support them as they step into the world of work. We look forward to seeing how this new cohort grows together over the sessions ahead! 💛⭐
