The Centre Principal of SparkleTots at Blk 441B Fernvale Road shared her appreciation to our Property Officer, Azman, and his team for their prompt response and continuous follow-up regarding the ceiling leakage. He monitored the situation closely and went the extra mile to prevent further water seepage, ensuring the matter was properly attended to.

The new sheltered linkway from Blocks 436C and 436D Fernvale Road to Fernvale Community Club officially opened on 1 August 2026! 🎉

Residents and families came together for a meaningful morning, celebrating both the new connection and Singapore’s 61st National Day with the close-knit Jalan Kayu community. 🇸🇬❤️
