Join us for a joyful community celebration as we officially open the new playgrounds at Blk 447B & Blk 448A Jalan Kayu/ Sengkang West Way

📅 Date: 20 June 2026 (Saturday)
🕘 Time: 9.00am – 10.00am
📍 Location: Playgrounds between Block 447B and Block 448A, Jalan Kayu / Sengkang West Way

We are happy to have MP for Jalan Kayu SMC, Mr Ng Chee Meng, joining residents and families at this meaningful occasion.

✨ All are welcome!
Participants can enjoy ice cream (live station, while stocks last) and a free themed bubble-blowing toy giveaway (first come, first served) as part of the celebration.

As part of our Sustainable Cleaning Practices initiative, the updated bimonthly washing schedule will take effect from 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Residents are encouraged to check the notice board at your block for the latest washing schedule.

Daily cleaning services, including sweeping, litter clearance, and spot cleaning, will continue as usual. If you notice any area that requires attention, please contact us via our Linktree.

During our Town Council routine estate inspection, we spotted some illegal plantings around the estate.

Planting in common areas is not allowed as it may compromise soil integrity and pose safety hazards. In this case, the plantings were also not properly maintained and could become potential mosquito breeding sites.

Jalan Kayu Town Council encourages residents who are interested in gardening to join other community gardeners and grow plants in the shared gardening spaces instead.

A resident shared their appreciation to our Property Officer, Jaylyn Tan, for her swift response and assistance regarding the dog p*e incident at the lift. She promptly followed up and ensured the necessary action was taken, keeping the resident informed throughout.

Corridors and compartments housing fire safety equipment must be kept clear. For evacuations and emergency responders, for your neighbours, your family and yourself.
