We are pleased to announce the appointment of Yoshiyuki “Dale” Miura as a new member of the Japan Chapter Board!

Mr. Yoshiyuki “Dale” Miura is Partner of GLP Japan Inc. and Chairman of GLP Japan Advisors Inc. After serving as the Head of Fund management in Japan, he was appointed as the President of GLP Japan Advisors Inc. the investment management company for GLP J-REIT in 2019, and subsequently assumed the role of Partner and COO, Real Estate Japan in January 2026.

The Asia Pacific is expected to account for more than half of the projected USD151.1 trillion in global infrastructure investment needs through 2050, with transmission, distribution, and utility-scale storage among the fastest-growing areas.
