About the Role:
Our client, an established insurance agency, is seeking a proactive Business Executive to support its corporate outreach initiatives. This role involves engaging companies for lunch talks, roadshows, seminars, and client appreciation events, helping to build strong corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and corporate outreach to schedule lunch talks, seminars, and event tie-ups
Coordinate and support roadshows, seminars, and client appreciation events
Liaise with HR teams and corporate decision-makers to schedule engagements
Maintain and update a database of corporate contacts and leads
Follow up on enquiries and assist consultants with appointment setting
Support event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site ex*****on
Requirements:
Comfortable with phone outreach and corporate communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and able to follow up independently
Prior experience in sales support, telemarketing, events, or corporate outreach is an advantage
Training will be provided; insurance experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
