Our NEW Silambam Course will be starting on Friday, 14 August 2026!!

What is Silambam?
▪︎ It is an ancient martial art from Tamil Nadu, India, that primarily focuses on weapon-based combat using a long bamboo or rattan staff. Dating back over 3,000 years, it relies on swift footwork, spinning techniques, and strikes for self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline. Anyone aged 8 & above can join!
