Blind at 11 and deaf at 32, Tan Siew Ling refuses to let her challenges define her. With unwavering determination and the support of family and friends, she has scaled rock walls, conquered swimming challenges, and crossed the finish line of a 5km race. 🔥

As an Assistant Manager, Accessibility and Assistive Technology at SG Enable, Siew Ling also contributes her lived experience and expertise to advance disability inclusion and accessibility in Singapore.

As Singapore's focal agency for disability and inclusion, we are inspired by Siew Ling's extraordinary spirit. Her story challenges us to rethink limitations, celebrate inclusion, and believe in the power of human potential. ❤️

An inclusive community starts with support closer to home. 💙

We’re proud to celebrate the opening of Enabling Services Hub @ Jurong (ESH@Jurong) at Taman Jurong Community Club. The event was officiated by Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for Education and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration, Adviser to West Coast-Jurong West GRC GROs (Boon Lay and West Coast), alongside Mr Shawn Huang Wei Zhong 黄伟中, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Finance & Ministry of Manpower, Adviser to West Coast-Jurong West GRC GROs (Taman Jurong).

Set up by SG Enable in partnership with TOUCH Community Services, ESH@Jurong brings disability support services, community programmes, caregiver support, respite care, and opportunities for social interaction closer to persons with disabilities and caregivers in the west.

More than a support hub, it is a shared community space where residents, volunteers, and partners come together to support persons with disabilities and their families.

As Singapore’s national agency for disability and inclusion, we remain committed to working with partners to empower lives and build a more inclusive society.

A decade of impact, still swinging strong! ⛳✨ The GCTEF recently held its Charity Golf and Dinner 2026, Swing with the Soul, at Seletar Country Club, with MParader (Mr Goh Chok Tong) as Guest of Honour. The event was the first of many events to mark the fund's 10th anniversary.

More than a celebration, the evening brought golfers, donors, partners, and community champions together in a shared commitment to a more inclusive Singapore. A charity auction raised close to $1million, furthering this mission to support the community.

Our thanks to The Society of Modern Management Singapore 新加坡现代企业管理协会 and everyone who showed their support! 💛 As the national agency for disability and inclusion, we are proud to be part of this journey, empowering persons with disabilities to lead fuller, more integrated lives.

💐 Art has a beautiful way of bringing people together, creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.

Thank you to Hullabaloo Studio for inviting our CEO, Ms Lee May Gee, to FlowerScape, a Mother’s Day initiative held at i'mable Collective, Enabling Village, celebrating inclusive art and the creativity of artists with disabilities.

As the national agency for disability and inclusion, we believe inclusion begins when communities come together to recognise strengths and create opportunities for everyone to participate.

We celebrate all caregivers and mothers whose love and support continue through every stage of life. Thank you for all that you do, seen and unseen! 🌸

What if catching the right bus didn’t mean asking for help? 💙 Built by students from Singapore Polytechnic with Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped, Oculis uses computer vision and real-time data to identify buses and alert users through audio and haptics(technology that simulates the sense of touch through vibrations, or motions).

Users with visual impairments can join the beta testing here: https://oculis.vision/

As the national agency for disability and inclusion, we are encouraged to see innovations like Oculis centring the needs of persons with disabilities.
