PY is a youth leadership development company that believes in All our programmes are fun, engaging and learning focused.

We started our journey to impact youths in August 2014 with a clear vision of “Caring Individual, Nurturing Leader”. We believe that our next generation will be better when our youths are caring individuals with a desire to serve and care for others as well as taking a step further to lead through Servant Leadership. In the process, each leader then nurtures the next batch of youth leaders to serv

e the community or for bigger causes. We utilize youth-centric pedagogies and methodologies throughout our programmes. These include Experiential Learning, Competency Based Training, VASK (Values, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge Development) and Developmental Programming through Adventure Education. We strongly believe in reflection and facilitation.
