Bunda Network Bunda Network (BN) aims to equip Indonesian Domestic Workers to have a brighter future.

Every year, there are about 100,000 Indonesian Domestic Workers (IDWs) working in Singapore to earn more money to support their family. This trend of working overseas as domestic workers keeps them from cultivating their human and natural resources, such as their creativity and innovative ideas to set up their own livelihood. While they are here, it is important for them to get equipped so that th

ey can start planning to prepare for a sustainable living when they return to Indonesia. Bunda Network (BN) was thus established in July 2011 by a group of Indonesian professionals in Singapore. BN currently provides standardized Basic English & Intermediate materials to organizations, entities, or even to groups of people who are interested in teaching skills to the IDWs. We hope to develop materials for other skills such as business, cooking, hairstyling, sewing, and any other skills that are beneficial to improve the livelihood of people. Please approach us if you have the heart and the necessary skills to contribute. BN is open to possible partnership with other organizations with the same or complementing vision and mission.
