Malam Gotong-Royong MAEC Tengah! ✨

Alhamdulillah, nampak semangat gotong-royong Keluarga MAEC Tengah!

Bulan Bahasa bukan kerja 1-2 orang, ia kerja kita semua. Kita gotong-royong kerana kita sayang bahasa kita, kita sayang budaya kita, kita sayang Tengah.

Sesungguhnya Bahasa Adalah Jiwa Bangsa!

Agar Tengah terus gah di medan persada!

[🌱 Growing Something New in Tengah]

We’ve been working behind the scenes on something new for Tengah — our community gardens.

As we prepare for the gardens to take shape, we’re also exploring how a simple digital tool can help our community volunteers manage them more easily. 📱

Recently, our community volunteers got a first look at the app and tried it out through a hands-on session at Tengah CC. Their questions and feedback will help us as we continue refining it.

There’s still work to be done before the gardens are ready for residents. If you have green fingers and would like to be part of our community gardening journey, drop Tengah CC a note at https://go.gov.sg/tengahcv ! 🌿😊

More to come.

[🛍️Chua Chu Kang GRC $1 Deal @ Tengah]

More than 3,000 Tengah residents signed up for our Chua Chu Kang GRC $1 Deal, and Tengah Community Club was buzzing as residents came by to collect their items!

We joined our volunteers in handing out the items and catching up with residents and families along the way. There were lots of families around, and we even spotted a few sets of twins among the crowd! 👯❤️

A big shout out to our Residents’ Network and community volunteers who helped make this happen — from packing and sorting the items beforehand, to registration, distribution and everything in between.

What was especially heartwarming to see was the range of people who chipped in. We had young parents bringing their young ones along to help, retirees lending a hand, and even an expecting volunteer doing all that she can. 😇🙏🏻

Thank you to all our volunteers for giving their time, and to everyone who came by to collect their $1 Deal items!

It has been a wonderful and blessed month of Ramadan, filled with meaningful moments shared with our residents and volunteers.

As we wrap up this series of Ramadan activities, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Tengah MAEC tengahmaec for their dedication and efforts in bringing the community together throughout this special period. From each gathering to every shared moment, these activities have helped foster a stronger sense of togetherness and care within our neighbourhood. ❤️

Thank you as well to everyone who participated in and supported the various programmes. Your presence and encouragement made this Ramadan all the more meaningful.

Do stay tuned for more upcoming activities, and follow Tengah MAEC for more activities organised by them and other community updates too.

[🛍️ A Family Day Out at Tengah Flea Market 2026]

A throwback to the good afternoon at the Flea Market at Tengah CC, with over 60 stallholders bringing their pre-loved items, handmade crafts, food and other interesting finds.

We also had the chance to chat with some of our home-based businesses in Tengah and hear more about what they do. There are quite a few interesting ones around, and we’ll try to share more as appropriate.

And of course, the little ones had their own plans. One gave me a very enthusiastic high-five, while another decided that shopping could wait — it was nap time. 😴

Thank you to our Tengah MAEC tengahmaec, stallholders and volunteers for putting this together, and to everyone who came by. ❤️
