Braddell Estate RN Braddell Estate Neighbourhood Committee aims to promote active citizenry & fostering community bonds.

Braddell Estate Neighbourhood Committee aims to promote active citizenry, encourage active participation and fostering community bonds amongst residents in private housing estates. Braddell Estate Neighbourhood covers all landed properties and private condominiums within the boundary of Braddell Road/Upper Serangoon Road/BoundaryRoad/Lorong Chuan. Braddell Estate Neighbourhood Committees (BENC) aims to encourage active participation and build stronger community bonds within the Braddell Estate private estate. BENC also works with various government agencies to improve the social and physical landscape in the estate. BENC strives to:
- Promote neighbourliness and harmony within the estates through various activities
- Allow residents to socialise and get to know each other better
- Nurture close-knit neighbourhoods where residents form bonds and engage in activities together
- Communicate residents’ needs and their thoughts on government policies to relevant government bodies

Volunteers are the backbone of every NC and their contributions are vital to the success of its activities. Meet your neighbours, organise and participate in enriching programmes and activities, and make your neighbourhood a conducive and close-knit one! 🚲 Good news, BRADDELL HEIGHTS! 🌿
A wider, safer and more enjoyable journey is coming our way!

From September 2026, works will begin along Serangoon Avenue 2 to transform the existing 1.3m footpath into a spacious 3m shared cycling path — giving pedestrians and cyclists more room to move safely and comfortably. ✨

Here’s what you can look forward to:
✅ Twice the space for smoother journeys
✅ Safer movement for pedestrians and cyclists
✅ A more comfortable route for the whole community
📅 Target completion: Q4 2026 — yes, it won’t be long!

When the new path opens, let's all be mindful and courteous — look out for one another, share the space graciously, and keep every journey safe and enjoyable for everyone.
