Here's to everyone who made Leap for Hospices 2026 possible. 💙

Every participant came with their own personal story and motivation for taking the leap, each stepping forward with with the same courage in support of advancing palliative care.

Thank you to Skypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett for once again hosting Leap for Hospices and making the event possible.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the organisations and supporters who joined us on the day and fearlessly bungee jumped for hospice care. A special shoutout to BFT Geylang Bahru, School of Health Sciences - Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Ministry of Health, Singapore (Ageing Planning Office) for your incredible support. We’re especially grateful to everyone who came down to cheer the jumpers on or supported the cause though your generous donations and advocacy.

To our amazing volunteers, who worked quietly behind the scenes all day, your kindness and enthusiasm were felt throughout the day.

The time for bungee jumping may be over, but our fundraising campaign continues. Donate before 31 August and help keep the spirit of Leap for Hospices going strong.

Our Hack Care: YOLO! finalist teams took to the stage on 18 July to present innovative, community-driven solutions that make end-of-life conversations more accessible, relatable and relevant to everyday life. Their creativity and passion remind us that young people have an important role to play in building a more compassionate and death-literate Singapore.

Congratulations to all our winners and participants for your inspiring ideas and dedication! 👏

A heartfelt thank you to our judging panel for sharing your expertise, thoughtful feedback and encouragement with our finalists. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Republic Polytechnic for your invaluable support!

Here's to empowering more youths to turn bold ideas into meaningful impact. ❤️

Many of us in Singapore know what a funeral staff can help with at the end-of-life. Yet, based on the death literacy index (DLI) survey conducted by Singapore Hospice Council, less than 40% of us feel confident in navigating funeral services.

In conjunction with the latest issue of The Hospice Link, “Practical Matters for Leaving Well”, we hear from Mr Ang Ziqian, Funeral Director and Managing Director of Ang Chin Moh Group, on ensuring a smooth final journey.

Visit https://www.singaporehospice.org.sg/practical-matters-for-leaving-well/ to read the feature story and learn more about the practical matters at the end-of-life.
