Clementi Heights Residents’ Network recently organised an enriching trip to Kok Fah Farm, giving our residents the opportunity to discover and experience hydroponic farming up close! 🥬💧

From learning how plants can be grown without soil, to understanding how water, nutrients and technology work together to support healthy crops, our residents enjoyed a hands-on look at modern urban farming.

Beyond learning about sustainable farming, the trip was also a wonderful opportunity for residents to bond, interact and spend meaningful time together outside our neighbourhood. ❤️

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made the trip so enjoyable! We hope you brought home not just new knowledge, but also some fresh inspiration on how we can all play a part in building a more sustainable future. 🌏🌱

On 5 September, Clementi Heights RN conducted our CPR-AED Course, equipping residents with essential life-saving knowledge and skills. ❤️🚑

We believe that being prepared can make a difference in an emergency. That is why we are committed to running this course on a yearly basis, giving more residents the opportunity to learn these important skills.

🌱 Breakfast with Love @ Clementi Heights RN! ❤️

Our residents got their hands dirty and enjoyed a meaningful morning of planting — from putting soil into the pots, planting seeds, to learning how a tiny seedling grows with care and patience. 🌱🪴
From seedling to growth, every little step is a reminder that good things take time, care and love. ❤️

And as usual, we worked up a good sweat with our energetic Piloxing trainer! 💪🔥
