Client: It’s my way of justifying that she’s treating me unfairly.
Coach: How true is that – that she’s treating you unfairly by giving you more work because she doesn’t like you?
Client: Well, what else could it be?
Coach: What else COULD it be?
Client: Hmm… (long pause). Perhaps she trusts me more than my peers? Or maybe she thinks I’m more capable? I don’t know… but I’ve never thought about it from this angle before.

We are a psychosoma – whatever happens in the mind invariably happens in the . If you allow damaging and to fester, you create in your physical body. A poisoned mind leads to a poisoned body. Stored resentment, anxiety and grief eventually attacks the body, leading to illness and over time. Conversely, forwarding thoughts and feelings can fuel physical and slow down the effects of disease.
