15 magsasaka mula sa San Manuel, Pangasinan ang tumanggap ng Biochar Chicken Dung (BCD) Mixture bilang mga papremyo sa raffle noong Farmers’ Night sa San Manuel Town Fiesta 2026. 🌱
Masaya kaming masuportahan ang ating mga magsasaka sa pamamagitan ng napapanatiling solusyon para sa mas malusog na lupa at mas magandang ani. 🌾

15 farmers from San Manuel, Pangasinan received Biochar Chicken Dung (BCD) Mixture as raffle prizes during the Farmers’ Night at the San Manuel Town Fiesta 2026. 🌱

We are happy to support our farmers with sustainable soil solutions for better harvests. 🌾

Sa mainit na pagtanggap nina Governor Aurelio Oyie Matias Umali, Vice Governor Lemon Umali, at PA Atty. Jose Maria Ceasar C. San Pedro, kasama ang Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, nagpapatuloy ang makabuluhang linggo ng pag-aaral at pagtutulungan sa ilalim ng Green Jobs Initiative of Global Green Growth Institute - GGGI

Ang Biochar Production and Facility Operations Training ay hindi lamang puro lecture. Nakatuon ito sa pagbuo at pag-accredit ng vocational training modules para sa biochar industry, upang mapalakas ang green skills at makalikha ng mas maraming oportunidad sa hanapbuhay para sa mga Pilipino.

Ang programang ito ay pinondohan ng GGGI Philippines and Global Green Growth Institute - GGGI, habang ang training modules ay inihanda ng mga propesor mula sa Bulacan Agricultural State College.

Pinangunahan ang mga sesyon nina: Dr. Joselito Tucit, Engr. Alexis Geronimo, Engr. Marie F. Gatchalian, Engr. Rabroy S. Esmale, Engr. Isabel Samantha C. Belonio, Rodeo Da Jose Nuñez Jr., Engr. Daniel Alexis Belonio, Engr. Angelika Reyes.

Ang pagsasanay ay pinangasiwaan ng Alcom Carbon Markets.

Sa patuloy na pamumuno ni Governor Aurelio Oyie Matias Umali, kasama si Vice Governor Lemon Umali, at PA Atty. Jose Maria Ceasar C. San Pedro, at Dr. Joebeat Bernardo Agliam at sa suporta ng Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, patuloy nating pinapalakas ang climate-smart at sustainable farming sa lalawigan.

Noong February 27, 2026, ginanap sa Palayan City ang Sustainable BioSolutions Study & Field Exposure Tour: Biochar–Chicken Dung as Soil Booster for Onions and Vegetables. Dumalo ang mga magsasaka mula sa Laur, Gabaldon, Palayan City, at Bongabon upang makita mismo ang aplikasyon at benepisyo nito sa lupa at pananim.

Kasama rin ang DA-Bureau of Soils and Water Management ating mga LGUs sa pagsuporta sa inisyatibong ito para sa mas matatag na produksyon ng sibuyas at gulay.

Sama-sama para sa mas masaganang ani at mas luntiang Nueva Ecija. 🌾🌱

Proud to share that Alcom has been selected among 8 startups advancing to remove’s 1st cross-continental Global Leap cohort, chosen from 32 teams, with four each from Europe, and India representing the global South. Building on our work across the Philippines, India, and Asia, we are scaling biomass valorisation, biochar, and green heat systems, through advanced pyrolysis systems developed by Tapi Healthcare Lifestyle PVT. LTD that delivers durable carbon removal while strengthening farmer livelihoods and rural economies.

Over the next five months, we will work closely with mentors and peers on LCA, financing, and deployment to accelerate credible, high-impact carbon removal at scale. Grateful to Hans Westerhof, Marian Krueger, Rutha Veena Shashank, Matheus Miraglia, Ross Kenyon & remove team, and partners for the opportunity.
