Miracle 29 (US) be4 covid:
I visited Rev Irvin Rutherford (one of my spiritual mentor) over 3 weeks at his 'home church' over its missions conference.
A million US dollars were raised. Praise God.

On the final Sunday before returning to Singapore the next day, Irvin arranged for me to preach at Rutherford Reformed Centre for under 21 years old who have not reach the required age of imprisonment. A mixture of boys and girls both white American n African American kids. More than 100 of them.

The presence and anointing of God was in our midst..many came 4ward in accepting Christ as their personal n prayers. One very young looking boy around 14 white Amercan, Andrew looked into my eyes and said, "my name is Andrew, please remember me in your prayers!"

My Australian minister friend counted and said there were more than 20 accepted n prayed the sinners' prayers.

I was trying to return to Singapore at the end of 2nd week as the convention was over though I planned for 3 weeks. But the additional fare for the change was not worth it so I stayed with souls giving their lives n hearts to Jesus!
Truly God's ways n thoughts are always higher n better! Amen!

Miracle 28:

'For we know that to us who continue to love God, all things work together for good even to us who are called in accordance to His purpose. ROMANS 8: 28

For some of you through FB, you realized that my wife n I had just returned to Spore from Fukuoka, Japan.

8 days before departure, I began to realise with a rude shock that I have not secure our place of day for 18 days.

It was totally my mistake thinking n presuming that it was taken care.

What do I do?

1. Frantically, contact some of my friends (including pastors with Jpn contacts) n Japanese contacts for urgent assistance.

2. Two churches were recommended to attend on both Sundays

3. Change my flights' details to return a week earlier with a small charge

4. My wife with daughter's assistance worked out the itinerary n accomodation without the need to 'tack along' with husband's ministries. It's a vacation trip.

5. We spent valuable time together eating, shopping n visiting places that we like n experience... some of it for our first time. We visited n stayed at 3 locations over 12 days. Walking, travelling by taxis when lunguages are heavy, taking buses and trains when necessary. Ask with maps n wifi are great modern gadgets that we can use

6. It turn out to be one of our best personal trip for us as husband n wife over these 36 years of marriage

Lessons learnt:

1. Men, specially need to be more direct in our conversations though we may trust God n experiencing what it is to 'live by faith'

2. Turn the crisis with prayers n intercession n allow God not only in your situation but also allow Him to work out for His good n for His testimony

3. Do not repeat the same mistake, learn from it n move on

Miracle 27: A journey of 7 years of waiting before God remembered n gave us Samuel!

Genesis 21: 1 -2 'And the LORD visited Sarah (Choy Yoke - my wife) as He had said and the LORD did to Sarah as He had spoken.
For "Choy Yoke" conceived and bare Abraham (Stanley) a son (Samuel) in his old age (after 40 yrs old), at the set time (7 ages) of which God had spoken to him (Stanley).

God's Story: After 2 years of marriage, we decided to start a family.
Dr Quek discovered that there were some challenges with Choy Yoke.

Besides that, she was unable to ovulate eggs, went through 2 major operations n taking daily pills every day over 5 years.

Every month, we were tried to start a family by checking the right temperature. Our ups and downs in emotions over those years.

At the end of 6 1/2 years, Yoke decided to put aside all the medication, relaxed n trusted God.
"A year from now, you are going to have a son!" True to God's promise, Samuel was born.

MIRACLE 26: Dr Kouji Hirahatake, a Christian doctor in Sapporo said, 'Can I do something in return to both of you? You have given your lives for us, Japanese people as missionaries.
Go and rest your womb over 3 mths, if you are pregnant again, I will take care of your pregnancy for FREE!!'

Be4 that, my wife was pregnant over 8 weeks n had a miscarriage. Prior to that, she fasted over 30 days (except with water) for the birth of His church.

Due to financial restraint, we only saw Dr Hirahatake through recommendation a week later as she continued to bleed. We have experienced His miraculous divine healing over countless occasions.

Yet God miraculously protected and cleansed her over her reproductive region. Doctor was totally amazed and said 'Why are you here? You are totally cleaned!'

True to God's faithfulness in answering prayers, Stefanie Sayuri was conceived n born in 2000!

Can you believe God for miracles?

MIRACLES (25) CONTINUES...'JESUS, YOU LOVE US!

It was Jan 2019 while making a stopover from the train on arrival to Vienna Airport to Erdhovian (Netherland), with all his lungages n bags, Stephen left this shoulder bag behind in the train. He had no plan B though with friends from Singapore. Stephen was on a 6-month Exchange program in Erdhoven Technical University from University of Singspore.

After, saying bye to his friends, he was all alone as he contacted us in Singapore.

Inside this black bag (picture below) was his passport, cash, credit card, computer. In fact all important stuff n documents were in this bag.

We went into intensive prayers. 'Let it be found n fully intact!' was our focussed intented prayer.

Meanwhile Stephen was shocked, downcast n did not know what to do except made necessary reports to Spore Embassy in Belgium, local police station, train station etc.

We in Singapore also tried to seek assistance from Ministry of Foreign Affairs esp regarding loss of passport (or missing). To remake the passport, Stephen was needed to fly back to Singapore. His friends had given him some cash n an extra phone.

We assured him of our prayers. He felt 'lost'. At the end of 3rd day, he received a call from the train office that there was a possibility that his bag was found n as we prayed "fully intact" as anyone could use a knife to.cut the bag n retrived its contents.

We asked to requested a photo be taken as it was 7 hours away at another part of the city.
Praise God it comfirmed his bag.

Another amazing miracle on the 4th day, his passport had not been compound yet, n he could still use it to travel over to the Netherland by Express Bus.

Our take -away, God cares n knows every aspect of our lives! Glory n praise! Miracles still happen 2day!

God loves us as His children!

Japan 24: Singapore missionaries n families (little ones) serving in Japan. All of them are from the Overseas Missionary Fellowship except we were stationed in Sapporo, they completed their 2-year language preparation before posting elsewhere in Japan, 1997 was the year. We did church planting after 2 years of attachment to a local Japanese church.
Can you recognize us with our 2 boys? We stayed in Sapporo over 7 winters with 4 months of snow. A great challenge for Singaporeans as we only have summer.
Are singles, married couples, young families n even older ones ready for His mission fields? Don't settle for the 2nd best if God has called you to cross-cultural missions! I went to the field with my family at 40 years old!

Japan 23: Blessing above - Bigger, Better and Cheaper Price Car. I bought a 4-year old 'Mazda Familia' upon arrival to Sapporo from Singapore as a missionary family from Otaru, north of Sapporo (church contact). At the end of the 8th year, I decided to change another 4-year old car, JS Nissan - import usage only

Requested my Japanese frame maker to do "Jesus Saves" sticker for the back of the car. It's our testimony to the Japanese at large and became a miracle to others - cheaper, better n bigger! (Photo: not actual car, present family 2nd hand car in Singapore)

Note: In Spore, one need to have a Certificate of Entitlement which cost abt S $45 k n also pay for the price of the car of S $ 50 k or S $ 60 k《more or less》 totally at least S $100 k or more. One of the most expensive place to own a car.
