Hey everyone! 📢 We’ve just launched our Video Relay Service (VRS) to make it easier for you to:
👉 Talk to your bank about an account?
👉 Schedule a medical appointment?
👉 Resolve an issue with a government agency customer service issue?

What is it?
Our Video Relay Service (VRS) is a communication tool where Deaf individuals video call a sign language interpreter who then calls a service provider (like a bank) and relays messages in real-time between the Deaf person and the hearing person.

It’s like having a sign language interpreter right in your pocket!

Who's It For? Deaf individuals using Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) 🧏

How Does It Work?
✅ Register (only for first-time users)
✅ Connect with a professional sign language interpreter
✅ Interpreter calls the service you need
✅ You communicate in sign language
✅ Interpreter relays your message and signs back the response
✅ Give us feedback so we can keep improving

We've got more details, as well as a comprehensive video guide, on our website: https://sadeaf.org.sg/vrs/
