As of today, our membership has grown to over 15,000, representing more than 40% of all registered salespersons. Our commitment to supporting the industry and working towards its betterment remains unwavering. We will continue to be the unified voice for Estate Agencies and Salespersons through ongoing engagement with all stakeholders, including Estate Agencies, Salespersons, Industry Regulators, and Service Vendors. We are open to consolidating with other trade bodies to further strengthen our resources and benefits for members.
We uplift our members and enhance professionalism through continuous education, membership opportunities, networking with related real estate bodies, and setting industry benchmarks. Our aim is to raise the standards of professionalism in estate agency work in Singapore.
Salespersons from Estate Agencies that have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Best Practice Guide for Co-Broking Commission will enjoy a one-year complimentary SEAA membership. This includes access to our technological tools, preferential rates for professional indemnity insurance, continuous professional courses, and promotional packages from vendors.
For Estate Agencies that have not yet signed the MOU, we encourage your support in adopting this industry-led initiative to protect the best interests of clients, eliminate potential conflicts of interest and uplift the professional image of the industry. Please contact our Secretariat staff to arrange the signing of the MOU.
