ALFA Conference 2026 brought together policymakers, practitioners, researchers and community leaders to explore how assisted living can evolve to better support Singapore’s ageing society.
Across a day of insightful discussions, speakers shared perspectives on ageing well, community support systems, infrastructure, and the role of arts and wellness in enhancing quality of life. From policy frameworks to real-world solutions, the conversations highlighted how assisted living can bridge the gap between ageing-in-place and institutional care.
We are grateful to our distinguished speakers — Mr Lee Kwok Ming, Dr Emi Kiyota, Dr Thang Leng Leng, Ms Ruby Lim-Yang, Mr George Heng and Mr Adrian Tan — and moderators Dr Belinda Wee and Ms K. Jayaprema PBM for guiding thoughtful and engaging discussions throughout the day.
This conference was organised by Assisted Living Facilities Association (ALFA) and TRCL, with support from The Bloom Fund.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in shaping meaningful conversations around person-centred and sustainable models of assisted living.
See you at ALFA Conference 2027.
