It was a pleasure for PERTAPIS to be one of the charity partners at the GIFC Charity Golf & Gala Dinner 2026, organised by Geylang International Football Club Geylang International FC

The day brought together golfers, members of the football community and corporate partners for a day of golf, networking and giving back to the community. The 18-hole golf game in the afternoon was followed by an evening of celebration at the Gala Dinner.

The event was honoured by the presence of Mr Goh Pei Ming, Senior Minister of State and Member of Parliament for Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC, alongside Mr Desmond Gay, Chairman of GIFC, and the GIFC management team. Mr Firdaus D’Cruz, CEO of PERTAPIS, was also present in support of this meaningful initiative.

A heartfelt thank you to GIFC for having PERTAPIS on board and for giving us the opportunity to share more about our work supporting vulnerable individuals and families in Singapore.

We look forward to building on this partnership and creating more opportunities to make a meaningful difference together.

Nurturing the Love of the Prophet ﷺ in Young Hearts

Last August, during the blessed month of Rabi' al-Awwal, PERTAPIS Children's Home held a special Mawlid gathering to nurture and instil the love of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in the hearts of our children.

The gathering was led by Kumpulan Tariqat Al-'Alawiyyah Al-Darqawiyyah Al-Shadhiliyyah, filling the day with beautiful recitations of selawat, remembrance, and reflections on the noble character of our beloved Prophet ﷺ. We hope these meaningful moments will inspire our children to continue learning from his example and carry his beautiful teachings throughout their lives.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who generously sponsored the food and drinks for this gathering. Your kindness helped make this occasion even more meaningful for our children, and we pray that Allah SWT rewards you abundantly for your generosity.

May Allah SWT continue to fill our hearts with love for His beloved Messenger ﷺ and grant us the opportunity to embody his beautiful character in our daily lives. 🤍

💚 PERTAPIS at Kindness Market 💚

On 5 September, PERTAPIS was honoured and grateful to be part of Kindness Market—a meaningful initiative dedicated to supporting families in need.

Through this initiative, 500 low-income families under PERTAPIS' care received essential groceries and daily necessities for the month, helping to ease the financial burden on their households.

The event was attended by our CEO, Mr Firdaus D'Cruz, and our Finance Secretary, Mr Fathuddin, who were also honoured to welcome Mr Edwin Tong and Mayor Dinesh in support of this meaningful initiative.

At PERTAPIS, we believe that meaningful collaborations like these go beyond providing essential items. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Maybank for championing this initiative and to everyone who contributed to making a positive difference in the lives of the families we serve.
