🇵🇱 2026 IPF World Classic Bench Press Championship - Warsaw, Poland

We’re getting into the thick of the international competition season! In just a few days, bench specialists from Team Singapore will be competing at the IPF World Classic Bench Press Championship in Warsaw, Poland.

Did you know that in a bench-only competition, athletes are allowed up to two changes to their third bench attempt — similar to a third deadlift attempt in a full power meet? This is where things get especially exciting, particularly for a lift that is so technical and has such a small margin for error.

If you’d like to catch the action, check out the athlete schedule below and stay tuned for the livestream link in the bio!
