NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Singapore Police Retirees’ Association (SPRA) shall be convened and held on 28 March 2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 am at Police Cantonment Complex (PCC), Auditorium Level 8, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762.

AGENDA
The provisional agenda of the AGM are as follow:
a) To confirm and approve the minutes of the 22nd AGM held on 29 March 2025 and consider matters arising therefrom (Appendix II).

b) To approve and to pass the Annual Report for the year 2025 (Appendix III).

c) To approve and to pass the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 31 Dec 2025 (please refer to the screen).

d) To approve the estimated budget for the year 2026 (please refer to the screen).

e) To submit any input related to the agenda items in writing, to be received by the Honorary Secretary by 5.00 pm on 14 March 2026

f) To kindly alert the SPRA Secretariat at 96365566 of your intended attendance at the 23rd AGM to facilitate the arrangement of buffet lunch reception.

It is with deep regret that I inform you of the passing of SPRA member, Retiree SI Navaratnasingam Selvarajah at the age of 88 yrs old. He last left SPF from Jurong Police Division

The wake is held at Singapore Funeral Parlor, 2B Lily Parlor, 91 Tampines Link, Singapore (582748). Cortege will depart today
27 February 2026, Friday @5:30 pm from Mandai Crematorium Service Hall 03, for cremation scheduled for 6:45 pm.

We extend our heartfelt condolence to the family during this difficult time.

It is with deep regret that I inform you of the passing of SPRA member, Retiree Cyril Aloysius Santa Maria at the age of 80 yrs old. He last left SPF from Traffic Police.

The wake is held at Singapore Casket, Ruby Hall, level 5, 131 Lavender street, Singapore (338737). Cortege will depart on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 1:15 pm to Church of The Holy Family 6 Chapel Road Singapore (429509) after which to Mandai Crematorium Hall 02, 300 Mandai Road S (779393) for cremation scheduled for 3:45 pm.

We extend our heartfelt condolence to the family during this difficult time.

It is with deep regret that I inform you of the passing of SPRA member, Retired ASP Savinder Singh Randhawa S/O Diwan Singh Randhawa at the age of 84 yrs old. He last left SPF as OC of Prosecution Branch in 1996.

Cortege will depart tomorrow 16th January 2026, Friday at 2.20pm from Central Sikh Gurdwara to Mandai Crematorium, Hall 1 for final goodbyes at 3.30pm.
