Our Punggol Story is a 132-metre participatory mural co-created with artists with disabilities, caregivers and over 100 community stakeholders in Singapore’s Punggol Digital District. Supported by digital participation and augmented reality experiences, the project transformed public art into evolving civic infrastructure that strengthened belonging and shared identity in this new innovation district.

Designed as a calm and intuitive journey, it enables members, particularly seniors, to feel Comforted, Confident and In Control. Through features such as open layouts, queue redesign and interactive engagement spaces, the project improves accessibility, reduces waiting time and transforms passive waiting into meaningful engagement, setting a new benchmark for an inclusive, member-centric design model.

ServiceSG Centre AMK transforms public service delivery through citizen-centric design based on five principles: Safe Space, Sense of Familiarity, Efficiency, Learning and Inclusion. Features include intuitive spatial zoning, strategic colour coding, central circular concierge, and universal accessibility with adjustable counters and hearing loops. The "Walk-in-the-Park" concept incorporates biophilic elements and AMK-inspired curved walls and clover-shaped sofas, reflecting the area's iconic circular HDB block. Co-creation with residents and officers ensured authentic responses to real behaviours whilst optimising service delivery efficiency.

Occupying 1,766 sqm, the Singapore Pavilion, the Dream Sphere, embodies the nation’s vision of an inclusive future under the theme Saving Lives. Based on the creative concept Where Dreams Take Shape, it delivers an immersive journey across three chapters, blending storytelling, art, and technology. A façade of 17,000 recycled aluminium discs symbolises collective aspirations and sustainability. Inside, interactive and multi-sensory installations culminate in a participatory 360-degree dome, inspiring visitors to envision a resilient, harmonious future for people, flora, and fauna.
