🎨 Every artwork tells a story.
Created by CCF beneficiaries during a two-day art therapy workshop with local illustrator , each illustration reflects a unique journey. One of courage, resilience, hope, and healing.

From a minimart to a rainbow, every detail carries a deeper meaning. Together, these individual artworks come together to form one shared community connected by support, strength, and the belief that no one should walk alone. These artworks now form the heart of CCF Walk of Hope 2026, where every step represents courage during treatment and resilience in recovery.

👣 This September, walk with us.

Not just to see these stories, but to become part of them. Because every step tells a story, and no child or family should have to walk theirs alone.

Introducing Faces Behind the Fight 💛 — a series sharing real stories of courage, resilience, and what it truly means to keep going.

In our first episode, we meet Jonathan.

At 17, while others were planning their future, Jonathan was navigating a very different path on learning how to face hospital wards and uncertainty.

Through it all, he showed remarkable strength, supported by his family, friends, and a community that stood alongside him every step of the way.

Today, at 31, Jonathan is not just a survivor. He is living fully, giving back, and showing that life after cancer can be filled with purpose, joy, and hope.

This is the impact of your support. Behind every diagnosis is a life still unfolding.
💛 Be part of that journey.

Being. Belonging. Becoming. 💛

Childhood Cancer Survivors’ Day 2026 brought together survivors, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners for an afternoon of shared stories, meaningful conversations, and celebration.

Centred around this year’s theme, the programme explored survivorship through identity, community, and growth, reminding survivors that they are seen, supported, and empowered through every stage of life beyond cancer.

The afternoon featured heartfelt family sharings, a panel discussion on survivorship and wellness, interactive activity booths, and a moving musical performance by beneficiaries from CCF’s J.A.M.M. programme. Performing an original song co-written by local singer-songwriter Charlie Lim, the beneficiaries brought to life the theme “More Than One Story”—a powerful reminder that childhood cancer survivors are defined not by their diagnosis, but by their dreams, aspirations, resilience, and the lives they continue to build beyond cancer.

We were also honoured to have our Guest of Honour and CCF Patron, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Law & Ministry of Social and Family Development Eric Chua, join us in celebrating the resilience and strength of childhood cancer survivors and their families.

To all our survivors, thank you for reminding us what courage, hope, and resilience can look like through every stage of life.

Here’s to celebrating every step of survivorship, and all that is still becoming. ✨

Last Saturday, we celebrated 83 incredible children and youths at the CCF Education Awards 2026 💛

Joined by Guest-of-Honour SPS Eric Chua, Patron of Children’s Cancer Foundation, the event recognised children and youths impacted by childhood cancer who continued to pursue their education and aspirations beyond treatment.

Behind every award is a story of courage, resilience, and determination. From returning to school after treatment to rebuilding confidence step by step, each milestone reflects strength, perseverance, and hope for the future.

We also heard heartfelt sharings from beneficiaries and caregivers, reminding us that no child walks this journey alone. Behind every child is a community of families, teachers, healthcare professionals, donors, and supporters walking beside them every step of the way.

CCF Education Awards 2026 is made possible through the generous support of our donors and partners – Air Line Pilots Association of Singapore, SPH Media, and S M Jaleel Foundation. Thank you for empowering and encouraging our children and youths as they continue their journeys beyond cancer ✨

To all our award recipients: we are so proud of how far you’ve come, and we cannot wait to see where life takes you next ✨

We asked our team one question:

“What has working with children with cancer taught you?”

The answers were not about big moments, but the quiet kind of courage:
Children who still find reasons to smile.
Families who continue showing up, even on the hardest days.
And the reminder that hope and love can exist, even in uncertainty.

Behind every childhood cancer journey is a child, a family, and a community learning to carry hope together.

To every child and family walking this journey: you are seen, loved, and never alone.

Leave a message of encouragement for the children, families, and those supporting them through the journey.

We can’t share too much yet… but something meaningful is coming your way soon

A little hint: it’s all about community, hope, and coming together.

Until then, tell us:

What’s one thing that brings people together?

Before the hospital visits, treatments, and difficult conversations, Sharon was simply Mum to Zoe.

Then one day, everything changed. Zoe was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma, alongside a secondary diagnosis of Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Overnight, life became filled with uncertainty and moments no parent is ever prepared for.

But through it all, Sharon kept showing up. She stayed by Zoe’s side through every appointment and treatment, doing everything she could to help her daughter feel safe, loved, and hopeful. Behind every child is often a parent finding strength even on the hardest days.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate mothers like Sharon, whose love and resilience continue to carry their families forward.

If you know a mum walking a difficult journey right now, share this with her and remind her: she is not alone.
