Empowering Service Excellence with JSIT-R - EXSA (Retail) Star Workshop

The Job-Skills Integrator for Retail Industry (JSIT-R) supports retail companies in workforce transformation through initiatives that help businesses build future-ready roles while enabling employees to develop relevant skills for industry growth. The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) celebrates service staff who demonstrate exceptional service and leadership. More than a national service benchmark, EXSA serves as a key platform for identifying and developing Customer Experience role models who inspire others to deliver outstanding service.

The JSIT-R supports EXSA by funding the EXSA (Retail) Workshop Programme to facilitate STAR Award recipients (the highest level of recognition) to explore the mindset and motivation behind service excellence. They are equipped with service leadership and customer experience management skills that enable them to not only satisfy customers but also strengthen relationships that lead to lasting business impact.
