MLA Masterclass was a success! Big thank you to for inviting Masterchef Kelly down to give such an insightful and mouth-watering demonstration accompanied by some sample tasting🤤😁 Also shout out to for providing the venue to conduct this masterclass with such efficiency!

Our fellow young chefs had the chance to experience behind-the-scenes knowledge of Singapore’s rice supply chain, as well as getting introduced to new types of rice that are currently available in the rice industry in Singapore. They had a great time asking fun trivia questions and left with more extensive knowledge of our beloved food staple.
