Watten Residents' Network The Watten Residents’ Network (Watten RN) is part of the Holland–Bukit Timah Group Representatives Co The Watten NC aims to:
1.

The Watten NC covers the area within the boundaries of Eng Neo Avenue, Dunearn Road, Adam Road and the PIE. Promote neighbourliness, harmony and cohesiveness amongst residents;
2. Connect with and make recommendations to government authorities on the needs and aspirations of residents;
3. Disseminate information and obtain feedback on government policies and actions from the residents; and
4. Foster good citizenship amongst residents.
