Popped by the “Salsation” class at Pasir Ris 216B this morning. What a high energy bunch they are! They have been exercising together every Sunday morning for about 3 years - neighbours from all walks of life and glad to see some gentlemen among them!

More importantly, I am glad that the high-capacity fans that Pasir Ris-Changi Town Council installed recently helped with the overall comfort level as they sweat it out.

Promised them that I will drop by one day for a session! Though I think I won’t be able to keep up with their moves. 😅
