Under the leadership of our National Coach, Nicole Garrido, the season has begun with purpose, teamwork, and belief. Her coaching philosophy extends beyond the athletes, embracing the entire kampong—bringing together our skaters, the invaluable HPSI Sports Science team, and dedicated parents as one united support system. This collective effort has helped prepare our athletes both mentally and physically for the season ahead.
We're incredibly proud of Yuqin and Kai Khi for the hard work, discipline, and commitment they've shown leading up to the new season. Their performances reflect the dedication they've invested, and we're excited to see them step onto the ice again ready to give their very best. This is only the beginning, and we can't wait to watch them continue to grow throughout the season.
The momentum doesn't stop here. In less than a week, Team Singapore will be back on the ice for the 2026 Asian Open Trophy.
