Bethesda CARE Centre - BCARE We foster communities of care through bridging gaps and building lives in our neighbourhoods.

Our services support children, youths, families, seniors and persons with mental health conditions. Our Objectives :
1) To provide community assistance to the poor and underprivileged; to those who are weak and neglected; and to those who are aged or infirmed.
2) To promote and strengthen relationship between parents and children, spouses, teachers and pupils, peers and among intergenerational f

Through our Tuition Programme, children are given a safe space to learn at their own pace, build confidence and rediscover the joy of learning.

Together with dedicated volunteers like Keshvinder, we are helping children realise their potential and build a stronger foundation for the future.

What happens when sports, laughter and connection come together? A meaningful day at the ActiveX Playdate at CHIJ St Joseph’s Convent ✨

More than 20 seniors from our Active Ageing Centre participated in this engaging intergenerational programme, taking part in adaptive sports activities.

Guided by students who facilitated the games with warmth and encouragement, the session became a meaningful opportunity for our seniors to connect with the younger generation and share joyful moments.

“I just don’t know why… I refused to get out of my house.”

Even when Jasmine made plans to go out, something would hold her back.

Today, Jasmine attends FAME Club regularly.

Taking that step out of her comfort zone has not only helped her grow more confident and cheerful, but also inspired her to support others facing similar struggles.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we are reminded that recovery is not always about big breakthroughs. Sometimes, simply showing up is already an act of strength. 💙
